Full Desk Staffing Manager / Recruiter
Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of account service and personnel recruitment to serve the per diem, traveling nurse or outsourced function staffing needs of institutional health care clients. Works independently to develop a pool of qualified and licensed healthcare professionals available to work on either per diem or long term assignments. Recruits employees to pursue a career with the agency, rather than specific to a job order from a client, and is responsible thereafter to market that employee’s skills to healthcare institutions. Calls upon institutional accounts to acquire job orders and to build a relationship of trust and to deliver value beyond just filling a temporary staff opening.
Manages their pool of recruited personnel and accounts as an independent profit center and aims to maximize the utilization of available personnel. Responsible to orient all employees to the policies, procedures and facility profile of the assignments they are sent out to work. Responsible for quality assurance to client and professional development of their pool of recruited personnel. Works with credentialing manager to verify all employees skills, licenses and background checks and to ensure that all employees in their pool maintain proper licensing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years experience in sales or personnel recruitment
Staffing industry experience preferred
Outgoing personality and ability to connect quickly with people
Strong initiative, self-drive and motivation
Customer service orientation and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate with headquarters support team
Salary Range
Determined on entry and qualifications
Includes base pay, bonus based on percentage of gross profit and recruitment bonuses
